While Novemeber 15th is the official day for Shichi-Go-San, it's also important that it's a good experience for your child so anytime around the day is fine! Shichigosan: 7-5-3, Celebrating Your Child's Growth

In Japan the ceremony known as "Shichigosan," celebrates three special years in a child's life. "Shichi" meaning 7, "go" meaning 5, and "san" meaning 3, are the hallmark years of childhood. In Japan, Shichigosan is normally celebrated in November. The Japan Society will be hosting ceremonies for the event October 19th and 20th. This does not limit you to celebrating Shichigosan on those days only. Kimono House has been offering Shichigosan services for over twenty years!
